The Royal Shakespeare Company is hiring an Energy Manager to oversee energy use at their facilities, focusing on efficiency improvements and compliance with regulations. This full-time role requires a strong technical background in energy management and offers a collaborative working environment.

We are looking for an Energy Manager to plan, regulate and monitor the energy use at the RSC and to improve efficiency by evaluating energy use and putting in place new policies and changes where needed, which supports the organisational strategy.

To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following knowledge and experience:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford upon Avon.
You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although occasional weekend and evening work will be required. The RSC offers a flexible working policy within the Estates team, typically in the office 2/3 days a week.
