Qualifications

• Track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
• Experience with standard forms of contracts and commercial governance.
• Proficient in communications across commercial and project management activities.
• Experience implementing safe systems of work and driving zero-harm initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance reviews and maintain project records (progress, diaries).
• Prepare internal and external reports and liaise with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage resource-loaded schedules and change control processes.
• Monitor KPI performance and lead risk/opportunity reviews.
• Manage procurement plans and subcontractor performance.
