Job summary

This includes renewables, nuclear, CCUS, hydrogen, powered infrastructure (such as data centres), EV and decarbonisation. The work that the team does spans M&A, project development, financing and commercial contracts. We also support on ESG, energy and infrastructure regulatory and advisory matters. The main clients of the team are major energy companies and the firm's core financial sponsor clients.
