Assist in cost and procurement management processes, preparing for the Gleeds’ internal APC programme and self-development training for Chartered status with RICS.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contributing to high-quality service and deliverables.
• Assisting Cost Managers in delivering services accurately and on time.
• Supporting in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, in-use studies, tender documentation, managing tenders, evaluating tenders, valuing completed work, arranging payments, final accounts, and contract administration.
