Job summary

Luxion Group is hiring a Field Sales Advisor (Energy) in Birmingham to sign up new customers and support existing ones. You will demonstrate how our energy solutions save money and reduce waste, delivering energy with purpose.

You’ll be paid a base salary of £27,976 plus uncapped commission, with top performers earning extra weekly earnings. Flexible working patterns and full onboarding support accompany this role.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Ability to listen and understand customer needs is essential.
• Self-motivation and resilience are important in field sales.
• Strong rapport-building skills to establish trust quickly.
• Comfort using tablets or handheld devices for updates and demos.

Responsibilities

• Present energy saving benefits to customers and build trust.
• Capture leads and book smart meter installations where applicable.
• Ensure customer details are accurate and up to date.
• Engage in door-to-door sales to welcome new customers.
• Meet daily/weekly targets and represent the brand professionally.
