About The Role

The objective of this position is to perform tasks related to operations and maintenance of Smart and AMR meters. You will analyze our portfolio, liaise with our third-party agents as well as internal colleagues to increase the number of Smart/AMR meters providing reads.

The role involves actions linked to successful installations and portfolio health. The outcomes will contribute to the cost-effective transition of our domestic and business portfolios to Smart/AMR, adhering to safety and compliance standards while providing excellent customer service.

Your daily tasks will include supporting project work and implementing new smart capabilities.

What will you do?

1. Support the delivery of Smart Meter and AMR roll-out
2. Perform tasks to enhance portfolio health
3. Liaise with third-party agents
4. Liaise with internal stakeholders
5. Perform data alignment tasks
6. Analyze data to support service delivery, identify trends, and focus on solutions
7. Support invoice validation processes
8. Provide regular reports as required (daily/weekly/monthly)
9. Support the delivery of the MAP contract
10. Assist with project work and implementation of new capabilities
