Job Title: SeniorEnergy Engineer- Building Services

Location: London

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum+ Benefits+Bonus

Are you ready to join a leading international, independent real estate consultancy with a unique approach? We are experiencing exponential growth and are developing a new service line. We are currently seeking an Senior Energy Engineer to join our Operational Engineering team in our newly fitted London office, opposite St Paul’s.

About the Role:

As an Energy Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our Building Optimisation service, working closely with our FM Consultancy engineers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth energy audits and building performance assessments (HVAC, lighting, controls, BMS, etc.).
• Analysing building data to identify energy-saving opportunities and optimization strategies.
• Developing and implementing energy conservation measures (ECMs) using modeling tools and real-time data.
• Advising clients on retrofit opportunities, low-carbon technologies, and control strategies to improve building performance.
• Supporting the commissioning, re-commissioning, and tuning of building systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Your Profile:

• Experience: Relevant engineering degree or equivalent education/practical experience in building optimization, energy consulting, or building performance engineering.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS operations/control, building physics, and low-carbon technologies.
• Communication: Excellent report writing and client-facing communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office packages; knowledge of MS Projects, IES, MBS is advantageous.
