The Opportunity
Due to continued business growth, we are seeking to recruit a professionally qualified, technical advisory services consultant to work on projects in the District Heating and Power Generation sectors across the UK and Europe (global experience beneficial) with a multi-skilled background. The candidate should have knowledge of:
The successful candidate will have an engineering or consultancy background with experience in technical due diligence services such as buyside or sell side technical due diligence, lenders technical advisory (“LTA”), Owners Engineer (“OE”), or technical asset management.
They will join a growing, award-winning advisory team of around 150 people based in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, and Manchester, working on diverse UK and international assignments in Urban Energy and Energy Transition sectors. Projects range from small distributed assets to large multi-utility portfolios.
The role involves advising clients on technical and operational characteristics of assets during acquisitions, leading projects and teams, reviewing technical specifications, tenders, contracts, and technical reports, and liaising with specialists to mitigate risks. Opportunities include site visits (mainly in the UK and Europe) and developing client management skills.
