Bramwith Consulting is seeking a dynamic and innovative Energy/Commodity Trading Development Manager / Head of Technology (C#) / Technology Transformation for a European Energy/Commodity (ETRM/CTRM) Trading Software House. This senior role involves managing the technology team and leading technological transformation.
This hybrid role requires working 1-2 days per week in the London office, with the option to work 3-4 days from home across the UK. The office is open 5 days, and you may choose to work there full-time if preferred.
You will join the company's executive team, enjoying a high degree of autonomy in managing your time, inheriting and expanding a team, and driving technology transformation in a fast-growing company.
The company is a leading software provider in energy/commodity trading, seeking an ambitious Head of Technology to collaborate closely with the Solutions Architect and lead technology initiatives.
You will report to the CIO, with significant autonomy, and need to be a strong technologist with a passion for C# and ideally experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform. This is not a Solution Architect role, but understanding technology deeply is essential.
Salary: £100-140k basic + executive bonus scheme + benefits.
