RINA is currently recruiting for a Energy Business Development Manager to join its office in Brighton within the United Kingdom Engineering Commercial Management Division.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive new business opportunities aligned with RINA's commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with senior BD Managers and service line leaders to identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities.
  • Lead outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, SEO, and more - working closely with Marketing and internal stakeholders.
  • Support customer satisfaction, repeat business, and market expansion.
  • Assist with contracts, tenders, and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
  • Foster cross-selling opportunities across business units.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share market intelligence.
What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong network in the UK/Ireland energy market is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of client organisations.
  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors (e.g. renewables, oil & gas, hydrogen, data centres, etc.).
  • Skilled in lead generation, tender responses, and client engagement.
