Our client, a leading global law firm, has been advising clients in the Oil, Natural Gas, Liquefied Natural Gas, and Power industries for decades. They are now seeking to add an associate at the 2-5 PQE level in London.

The Projects & Infrastructure team consolidates resources from various transactional practice groups across their global platform to advise on all types of infrastructure transactions, including project development, finance, and the purchase and sale of infrastructure assets and companies.

Lawyers in this team regularly advise clients on energy transactions, with a focus on upstream oil and gas, LNG transactions, and related areas for companies, host governments, project developers, and sponsors.
