Job Title: Energy Assessor (NDEA/OCDEA)

Role Responsibilities
  • Perform SAP assessments and calculations, including SBEM / DSM assessments, overheating, daylighting, and U-value calculations.

  • Assist clients in achieving compliance with building regulations, planning policies, and sustainability targets.
  • Manage projects and client engagement from start to finish.
Candidate Requirements
  • Background as an Energy Assessor (NDEA/OCDEA).
  • Full UK driving license.
