Energy, Carbon & Sustainability Consultant | London Hybrid | up to £45,000

Experienced conducting LCAs?

Are you genuinely passionate about creating a more sustainable built environment?

We are partnered with a certified B-Corp Property consultancy, designing buildings that maximise commercial performance and sustainability, including the reduction of embodied and emitted carbon.

They've grown their headcount by 100% over the past two years. So, if you have a couple years experience within Energy, Carbon & Sustainability, and are looking to join a rapidly-growing company, this could be for you.

The Role

You’ll work with clients like The Crown Estate, Grosvenor, and British Land on a wide range of exciting commercial and residential projects - contributing to net zero strategies, life cycle assessments, and low carbon design solutions.

• Support delivery of sustainability solutions across energy, carbon, LCA, and net zero carbon reporting
• Help deliver practical, data-driven advice for real-world impact
• Stay current on policies and trends in sustainability
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams across the project life cycle

You’ll Bring:

• A building-related degree (e.g. engineering or architecture)
• Experience delivering LCA - ideally a couple of years.
• A keen interest in sustainability and low carbon design
• Strong communication and analytical skills (especially Excel)

Experience in consultancy or sustainable building certification (e.g. BREEAM, LEED) is great but not essential.

• Starting salary up to £45,000 + Discretionary bonus
• Hybrid working from Central London office.
