ENERGY AND INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION LAWYER - NON-CONTENTIOUS - 5-7 PQE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced energy lawyer (5-7 years PQE) to join a thriving London Energy team, a key focus of the Corporate practice at this stand out firm.

Ideal candidates

  • Strong project development background with a focus on energy and construction and a drive to expand their practice.
  • Solid London market experience from a top-tier energy, infrastructure, or natural resources team, with expertise in construction EPC, EPCM, feedstock, offtake, and the commercial aspects of transactions, including related government support mechanisms.

The team advise on complex, high value and often first-of-their-kind energy and infrastructure projects globally. This includes concession, construction, operation, financing, supply and offtake arrangements across the full range of energy infrastructure and natural resources asset classes.

You will work across a diverse portfolio of high-profile transactions spanning renewables (including wind, solar, hydrogen and CCUS), traditional energy, and next- infrastructure, often in a cross-border context.
