Our client, an elite US City law firm is seeking a talented Energy & Infrastructure Finance Solicitor to join its growing London team. The Role

You will advise on a wide range of complex, high-value energy and infrastructure finance transactions, including:

* Project finance

* Acquisition finance

* Structured finance and development financing

* Cross-border deals involving sponsors, lenders, and government entities

You will also work closely with senior lawyers and partners across multiple jurisdictions in the US and Middle East.

The successful individual:

* Qualified Solicitor with experience in energy & infrastructure finance or project finance

* Strong academic background and UK qualification (or equivalent)

* Experience advising on large-scale financings, ideally with international elements

* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

* A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in the energy and infrastructure sectors
