Are you an exceptional organiser with a sharp eye for detail and the resilience to thrive in a high-pressure environment? This dynamic, fast-paced energy company is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support their CEO.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, where your ability to manage a heavy and ever-changing workload will directly contribute to our continued success and innovation in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Proactive diary management: scheduling high-level meetings, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring the CEO’s time is optimised.
  • Inbox management: prioritising, and responding to emails on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Acting as the gatekeeper and first point of contact for the CEO – both internally and externally.
  • Preparing briefing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organising complex travel arrangements and itineraries for both business and private matters
  • Supporting with confidential projects and strategic initiatives

You will have-

  • Proven experience as a PA/EA at C-suite level, ideally in a demanding or fast-moving industry.
  • Impeccable organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm and professional.
  • Strong discretion and integrity – handling sensitive information is second nature.
  • Tech-savvy and confident across Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
