Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Associate Manager - Endur Business Analyst for its London office. The role focuses on commodity trading processes, Endur/ETRM platform support and delivering technology-enabled trading solutions.

You will work across traders, risk, operations and IT to optimise front-to-back workflows. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in business analysis within energy trading, and strong stakeholder management, with experience in Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, technology delivery, consulting or application services.
• Strong business analysis experience within commodity trading, energy trading, capital markets or other complex transaction-processing environments.
• Experience working with Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) platforms, preferably OpenLink Endur.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering and workshops.
• Capture requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support Endur and trading platform implementations, upgrades or migrations.
• Collaborate with traders, risk and technology teams to enhance trading capabilities.
• Manage backlogs and stakeholder engagement for delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and governance to drive decisions.
