Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Manager Endur Business Analyst to join our London team, focusing on commodity trading and energy trading processes. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with traders, operations, risk, and technology teams to deliver and enhance critical trading capabilities.

The role requires deep BA experience, expertise in Endur or similar ETRM platforms, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, technology delivery or related consulting.
• Experience in commodity or energy trading with back-to-back trading knowledge.
• Experience with ETRM platforms, preferably OpenLink Endur.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process modelling and stakeholder engagement.
• Capture requirements and translate them into functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop understanding of front-to-back trading processes to bridge business and technology.
• Support Endur and broader trading platform implementation, upgrades and migrations.
• Conduct testing and data migration readiness.
• Manage functional backlogs and prioritise enhancements.
• Collaborate with traders, operations, risk and technology teams.
