Job Description:

Exciting opportunity for an Endur ETRM Support Lead to join this world-leading consultancy working on-site with an energy/oil major company.

This role is for an experienced Endur 2nd Line Support person with proven capability in supporting key business and technical processes, including:

• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience using the Endur product
• The role is based in London, with 3 days per week in the office
• Endur support with techno-functional experience, preferably front and middle office experience
• In-depth functional understanding of the Endur product, preferably with gas, power, or LNG market experience
• Proven 1st/2nd line support experience, with a desire to grow in this space, and capable of taking problems through to resolution
• Working directly with users (in-office and remotely) to understand and resolve issues promptly
• Building and maintaining business relationships, collaborating with management and trading desks on support, escalation, technical challenges, and continuous improvement
• Good understanding of deal lifecycle processes
• Major incident handling experience
• Using experience and company processes to triage and prioritize issues and tickets
• Excellent communication skills and experience in a commercial environment

Nice to have experience:

• Experience in AWS platform and technologies
• Experience using Azure DevOps for work item management
• Experience with the ITRS Geneos platform/application
• Experience of using and developing APM
