Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management SME to own the design, delivery, and ongoing support of modern endpoint services across the organisation. You will manage Windows, mobile, and virtual environments using Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, and Apple/Android enterprise tools.

You will ensure devices are secure, compliant, and provide a high-quality user experience while collaborating with Security, Infrastructure and Service Management teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on expertise with device enrollment, configuration profiles and compliance policies.
• Knowledge of Conditional Access controls and identity-based access.
• Familiarity with ITIL/service management environments.
• Experience integrating endpoint management across Windows, mobile and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support endpoint management capabilities including device configuration, compliance policies and Conditional Access controls.
• Administer and optimise Microsoft Intune across an enterprise environment.
• Manage the application lifecycle through Intune, including packaging, deployment and distribution.
• Support co-management of Windows devices across Intune and SCCM.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls aligned with security standards.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Support endpoint management across Windows, iOS, Android and macOS.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure and Service Management teams to meet governance and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and upskilling of team members.

Endpoint Management SME- 6 month contract

Hybrid - open to (Penner, Reading,Glasgow)

We’re looking for an experienced Endpoint Management SME to join our team and take ownership of the design, delivery, optimisation and ongoing support of modern endpoint management services across the organisation.

This is a hands‑on role focused on managing and improving the end‑user device estate across Windows, mobile and virtual environments, using technologies including Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Entra ID, Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring devices are secure, compliant, well‑managed and provide a consistent, high‑quality experience for users across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver and support endpoint management capabilities, including device configuration, compliance policies and Conditional Access controls
• Administer and optimise Microsoft Intune across an enterprise environment
• Manage the application lifecycle through Intune, including application packaging, deployment and distribution
• Support co‑management of Windows devices across Intune and SCCM
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls in line with organisational security standards and risk requirements
• Manage patching and update compliance using Windows Update for Business and associated tooling
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency, consistency and service quality
• Support endpoint management across Windows 10/11, iOS, Android and macOS
• Work closely with Security, Infrastructure and Service Management teams to ensure endpoint services meet governance, access control and compliance requirements
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and help drive the adoption of modern endpoint management practices
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues and help build wider team capability

What we’re looking for

Essential experience

• Proven commercial experience administering Microsoft Intune within an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of endpoint management across Windows 10/11 and mobile platforms
• Hands‑on experience with device enrolment, configuration profiles, compliance policies and Conditional Access
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and identity‑based access controls
• Strong understanding of endpoint security principles
• Experience working within ITIL/service management environments
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills

Desirable experience

• SCCM and Windows co‑management experience
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• Application packaging and deployment, particularly Intune Win32 applications
• Certificate‑based authentication and PKI
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise and macOS management
• Integration of Intune with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or Azure Monitor
• Experience mentoring, coaching or upskilling other team members
