    • Provide Level 3 support for Teams phone and video conferencing systems, resolving issues to minimise downtime.
    • Lead the transition to Microsoft Teams telephony, collaborating with stakeholders for a smooth migration.
    • Maintain and support Teams video conferencing and managed printing solutions, ensuring compliance with operational and security standards.
    • Work with other departments to resolve technology-related issues, ensure compliance with industry standards, and document IT systems for audits and updates.
    • Handle supplier relationships, deliver technical solutions, and produce regular reports on infrastructure usage.

    • VOIP Solutions (physical and virtual) such as NEC PBX, Vodafone, and Avaya virtual PBX.
    • Familiarity with NEC Univerge SV series Physical PBX.
    • Experience with various video conferencing types, such as webinars, online meetings, and virtual events.
    • Management and administration of Vodafone Virtual PBX.
    • Experience with Avaya IP Office Web Manager.
    • Extensive knowledge of software-based video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams or Bluejeans.
    • Microsoft Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert.
