About the Opportunity:
Join the Modern Workspace Management team as a specialist in end-user estate management, focusing on endpoint management, corporate imaging, application packaging, deployment, and licensing. Your role will involve proactive maintenance, incident response, security enhancement, and collaboration with global IT teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential Skills and Attributes:
Proactive, resilient, detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, and scripting skills, particularly PowerShell. Ability to work independently and suggest system improvements.
Preferred Knowledge:
Experience with Azure Hybrid environments, SCCM CB, Office 365, Windows OS deployments, application packaging, GPOs, and general L2 IT skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with relevant technical experience in systems administration, SCCM, and Intune.
