This opportunity is for Surgical or Medical Nurses across Somerset, with options to work at Musgrove Park Hospital, Yeovil District Hospital, and other community hospitals. You can specify your preference!
As a fully integrated trust, we offer a collaborative approach, including potential rotations across all sites and directorates to broaden your skills and knowledge. We highly value our RGNs, and development and training will be prioritized. Hours are flexible over a rota, including nights and weekends, with full-time and part-time options available.

To provide and maintain high standards of evidence-based, patient-centered care. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and develop practical skills within the specialty, reflecting the philosophy of care. Deliver patient care daily using departmental systems for a multidisciplinary, patient-involved approach, aligning with the Trust’s patient and public involvement strategy. Experienced Band 5 nurses will also provide clinical and managerial leadership in the absence of senior staff, empowering team members to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
