Job summary

InHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse with endoscopy experience to join our Witney site on a 37.5-hour, full-time contract. You will deliver patient-centred care around endoscopy procedures and collaborate with the MDT to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

You'll work 4 days per week, 8:00am–6:00pm, with hybrid and flexible working opportunities as part of our supportive team. A calm, communicative professional with NMC PIN is encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and endoscopy experience.
• Reliable, supportive team player contributing positively to team culture.
• Calm and able to work effectively in challenging or pressured situations.
• Flexible and adaptable with strong time/workload management.
• Excellent communicator with patients, families and colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support patients pre, during, and post diagnostic/endoscopy procedures.
• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality, individualized patient care.
• Support the senior clinical team and supervise registered and unregistered colleagues.
• Participate in endoscope decontamination, traceability and equipment care.
• Take part in clinical audits and maintain effective MDT communication.
