A leading NHS Trust in London is looking for an Endoscopy Patient Pathway Officer to provide high-level administrative support within the Endoscopy Department. The successful candidate will manage patient bookings, assist nursing staff with non-clinical duties, and ensure efficient administrative operations. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic adaptable candidate to the role of Endoscopy Patient Pathway Officer to provide a high level of administrative support within the Endoscopy Department. The post holder will carry out a range of activities in support of Outpatients Clinics centralised services, providing efficient clinical administrative and clerical support in line with service requirements. A quality reception service for all users of the Outpatient-based services and the Trust is also part of the role. The post holder will possess transferable skills in all areas of clinical administrative and clerical functions to enable them to support the patient pathway and to increase resilience across the Clinical Administrative and Clerical services.
Report any service or performance shortfalls to the Service Manager and work as part of the team to address and resolve issues.
