Job Role: Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant

The Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will help and assist the team with daily routines including personal care and feeding.

The Healthcare Assistants / Support Worker must have at least 6 months of experience in care and demonstrate compassion.

Responsibilities include helping with daily care, assisting patients with washing, dressing, feeding, changing beds, turning patients to prevent pressure sores, providing emotional support, aiding mobility, and maintaining hygiene and supplies.

Experience with mobility aids and equipment, and escorting patients within hospital departments, may be involved. With experience, you could participate in training new healthcare assistants.

We supply staff to NHS and private sectors, including roles such as Nurse, General Nurse, RGN, NMC, Band 5/6, HCA, Community Nurse, and Specialist Nurse in areas like A&E, Endoscopy, and Theatre.
