Endoscopy Nurses needed in Southampton

Sirona Medical is looking to recruit several Endoscopy Nurses for a busy Endoscopy Unit in Southampton.

The successful Endoscopy Nurse will provide high-standard, individualized patient care as part of the clinical team within our Endoscopy Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Delivering all aspects of nursing care at a high standard
• Both diagnostic & therapeutic Endoscopy procedures
• Setting up the endoscopy suite, ensuring relevant equipment is available, fit for purpose, and has undergone all relevant checks and cleaning procedures
• Carrying out work within deadlines and according to procedures, including Health & Safety, hygiene, and instrument delivery
• Maintaining a clean and disinfected working environment
• Liaising with internal customers to meet service requirements
• Maintaining stock levels in line with department needs
• Disposing of decontaminated waste following policies and procedures
• Maintaining accurate records as per policies
• Experience in both Endoscopy and Recovery Rooms

We also supply staff to NHS and private sectors, including Nurses, General Nurses, RGNs, NMC registered Nurses, Band 5 & 6 Nurses, HCAs, Community Nurses, and specialists in A&E, Endoscopy, and Theatre.
