Endoscopy Nurse required for shifts

Sirona Medical is looking to recruit several Endoscopy Nurses for a busy Endoscopy Unit in Manchester.

The successful Endoscopy Nurse will provide high-standard, individualised patient care as part of the clinical team within our Endoscopy Department in Manchester.

Hours will be from 8am to 6pm.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Delivering all aspects of nursing care at a high standard
• Both diagnostic & therapeutic Endoscopy procedures
• Setting up the endoscopy suite, ensuring relevant equipment is available, fit for purpose, and has undergone all relevant checking and cleaning procedures
• Maintaining work to deadlines and within agreed practices and procedures, including Health & Safety, hygiene, and delivery of instruments to point of use
• Maintaining a clean and disinfected working environment
• Liaising with internal customers to meet service requirements
• Maintaining stock levels in line with department requirements
• Disposing of all decontaminated waste according to policies
• Maintaining accurate records as per policies
• Experience in both Endoscopy rooms and Recovery Rooms

We also supply staff to both NHS and private sectors, including Nurses, General Nurses, RGNs, NMC Registered Nurses, Band 5 & 6 Nurses, HCAs, Community Nurses, and specialists in A&E, Endoscopy, and Theatre.
