As an Endoscopy Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage the Endoscopy Suite, ensuring top-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Theatre Manager to maintain appropriate staff and skill mix.
  • Ensure a safe environment and address any issues affecting patient care.
  • Provide specialist advice and support as needed.
  • Ensure availability of equipment and resources for endoscopy sessions.
  • Oversee the care and maintenance of endoscopes and specialised equipment.
  • Maximise utilisation of endoscopy time and address any scheduling issues.
