Job summary

Athona Ltd is actively recruiting an Endoscopy Consultant to join an NHS Trust in the East Midlands. The role requires a seven-day rota with up to three sessions per day, offering flexibility to fit around existing commitments.

The position focuses on Endoscopes only – primarily Gastro and Upper GI, with JAG Accreditation preferred. Start ASAP for a long-term assignment, paying £100–£115 per hour and inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Must have GMC registration and UK experience.
• Endoscopy expertise with GI scope procedures.
• JAG Accreditation preferred for enhanced eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide endoscopy services for Gastro and Upper GI within NHS Trust.
• Participate in a 7-day rota with up to 3 sessions per day.
• Maintain high clinical standards and patient safety.

The role is set to begin ASAP and will be long-term work, offering an hourly rate of £100 – £115 per hour. Please note that this position is inside IR35.

To be eligible, you must have GMC, UK experience, and right to work in the UK.
