Job description

South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Endoscopy Clinical Educator.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Unit Manager and Senior Nursing Team to deliver education and training for staff. The role involves working in a high-paced, diverse service, offering diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and building relationships with the Northern Endoscopy Training Academy and North Tees Trust.

The candidate will work across 3 sites, including The James Cook Hospital, Redcar Primary Care Hospital, and the Friarage Hospital, Northallerton.

Main duties of the job

The Endoscopy Clinical Educator will develop and deliver up-to-date training and support, working closely with the Northern Endoscopy Training Academy, Trust Clinical Educators, and internal and external teams.

The ideal candidate has previous endoscopy experience, exceptional communication skills, and an interest in self-development and progression. The main role is to support the development of clinical teams, ensuring strong working relationships are formed and upheld.

The salary for this role is £38,682 to £46,580 per annum (pro rata).
