Job summary

A&O Shearman is seeking a Senior Manager, End User Computing to lead the strategy, delivery and evolution of our digital workplace services. You will work with Technology, Security and Business teams to ensure colleagues have secure, reliable tools and support worldwide.

You will lead the global EUC function, shaping how technology is delivered across the business while driving adoption of modern management, endpoint security and seamless end-user experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading End User Computing or Digital Workplace teams in a complex organisation.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• Strong experience across Windows, macOS and endpoint security.
• Experience collaborating with Cyber Security teams on Zero Trust, identity and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the EUC strategy across devices, workplace technology and collaboration tools.
• Lead global teams responsible for endpoint management, device lifecycle, workplace services and user support.
• Drive adoption of modern management technologies including Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• Improve service performance, user experience and operational efficiency through automation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Cyber Security teams to strengthen endpoint security, identity management and compliance.
• Lead major technology projects including upgrades, migrations and workplace transformation initiatives.
• Manage key technology suppliers and service partners.
• Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.

As Senior Manager, End User Computing, you will lead the strategy, delivery and ongoing evolution of our digital workplace services. You'll work across Technology, Security and Business teams to ensure colleagues have the tools, devices and support they need to do their best work.
