Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC Group of Companies in London is seeking an experienced End User Platform Engineer to join our IT Operations team. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office per week, and focuses on owning endpoint engineering, remediation and packaging across the workstation estate.

You will design scalable fixes, automate deployment using SCCM/MECM and PowerShell, and work with Security to prioritise vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Endpoint Engineering and Desktop Management.
• Strong Windows 11 enterprise support experience.
• Vulnerability management and remediation expertise.
• SCCM/MECM knowledge for packaging and deployments.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation.
• Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint vulnerability remediation across the workstation estate.
• Analyse Qualys findings and determine remediation feasibility.
• Design sustainable fixes to prevent repeat issues.
• Create and deploy software packages via SCCM/MECM.
• Develop PowerShell automation for detection, remediation and reporting.
• Support remediation across physical and Citrix environments.
• Communicate progress and manage stakeholder expectations.
