Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on 3rd line experience in packaging for multiple platforms.
• Expertise with packaging tools and different packaging formats.
• Experience troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Experience in End User Computing or Desktop Infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level 3rd line support and technical leadership across modern workplace technologies.
• Lead packaging and deployment automation using PowerShell scripting.
• Collaborate with client, vendors and internal teams to drive improvements.
• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities to enhance end-user experience.
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analyses for incidents.
