Provide your social network details to login or join.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related software.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of end-user devices.
- Collaborate with and influence counterparts across the business, including partner organizations, suppliers, Local IT, and other third parties.
- Provide training and support to end-users on hardware and software usage.
- Ensure all devices are updated with the latest security patches and software updates.
- Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for end-user support.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to end-user computing.
- Perform other duties as required by the role.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience with Microsoft InTune and other MDM solutions like AirWatch.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iOS operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Familiarity with Microsoft security tools such as MS Defender.
- Experience with enterprise software applications like Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Understanding of security best practices and secure by design principles.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, scripting, and automation (advantageous).
- Experience with Remote Desktop Support Tools.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- ITIL knowledge or certification (advantageous).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator (plus).
- Broad understanding of IT, including server, cloud technology, and networks, with a willingness to assist team during high demand.
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to manage workload independently.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, capable of multitasking and managing priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
