Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related software.
  3. Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of end-user devices.
  4. Collaborate with and influence counterparts across the business, including partner organizations, suppliers, Local IT, and other third parties.
  5. Provide training and support to end-users on hardware and software usage.
  6. Ensure all devices are updated with the latest security patches and software updates.
  7. Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for end-user support.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to end-user computing.
  9. Perform other duties as required by the role.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  2. Experience with Microsoft InTune and other MDM solutions like AirWatch.
  3. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iOS operating systems.
  4. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID.
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft security tools such as MS Defender.
  6. Experience with enterprise software applications like Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  7. Understanding of security best practices and secure by design principles.
  8. Knowledge of PowerShell, scripting, and automation (advantageous).
  9. Experience with Remote Desktop Support Tools.
  10. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
  11. ITIL knowledge or certification (advantageous).
  12. Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator (plus).
  13. Broad understanding of IT, including server, cloud technology, and networks, with a willingness to assist team during high demand.
  14. Self-motivated, confident, and able to manage workload independently.
  15. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  16. Highly organized, capable of multitasking and managing priorities effectively.
  17. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  18. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  19. Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
