Job description

Join NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) as an End User Compute Support Analyst and help deliver essential IT support to 7,500+ users across the NHS. You'll play a key role in keeping critical systems running smoothly while providing excellent customer service.

What you'll do:

Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support across NHSBSA sites.

Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, escalating where needed.

Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment.

Ensure all queries are logged, updated, and resolved efficiently.

Build strong working relationships and support system improvements.

What we're looking for:

IT Customer Service or previous IT support experience.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Windows environments, MS Office, and basic IT systems.

Proactive and adaptable approach with attention to detail.

A-level (or equivalent) in computing OR relevant experience.

Desirable: Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., SCCM, MDM, Office 365) and IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, MCP).

This is a fully on-site role working across 3 North East office locations:

£13.57 hourly pay
