Job summary

Morson Group seeks an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team and deliver accurate, efficient payroll services in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the full end-to-end payroll process, handle queries, investigate discrepancies and ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and GDPR requirements. You’ll work with PAYE, NI, pensions and tax codes, contributing to improved processes and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Full end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Solid knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
• Experience resolving payroll queries and discrepancies.
• Ability to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Understanding of PAYE, NI, pensions and tax codes.
• Experience with GDPR and confidential data handling.

Responsibilities

• Process full end-to-end payroll, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Process payroll data, check information and complete validations.
• Respond to payroll queries via ticketing systems and phone.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and queries.
• Handle advance payments, adjustments and other payroll amendments.
• Maintain knowledge of PAYE, NI, tax codes and statutory payments.
• Keep payroll records accurate and compliant with legislation.
