Job summary

Mundipharma is seeking an experienced E2E Supply Chain Value Stream Manager to lead global value streams from Cambridge. You will own performance across service, inventory, cost, quality, and continuity, translating demand into robust supply strategies and guiding risk-based decisions.

Role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, supplier and external partner management, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement and capability development within a global planning

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or related field.
Formal supply chain qualification (APICS, CIPS, CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end value stream performance, including service, supply continuity, inventory, cost, quality, and compliance.
Lead execution of supply plans through governance, performance management, and risk mitigation.
Own inventory and financial performance for portfolios exceeding $20 million in inventory investment.
Lead supplier and external partner management, including performance reviews and corrective actions.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
Ensure GMP/GDP/GxP compliance and proactive regulatory alignment across the supply network.
Lead people development within the team to build a high-performance planning function.
Drive continuous improvement and transformation across value streams with measurable impact.
