Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join the Site Leadership Team in Nottingham. This high-impact role includes ownership of the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, integrating leadership across various functions including Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service.

Key responsibilities include optimizing the supply chain process, developing Sales & Operations Planning, and improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager, or Procurement Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, inventory control, and logistics operations.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise the end-to-end supply chain process from customer order receipt to final delivery.
• Ensure alignment between customer demand forecasts and production capacity.
• Develop and drive supply chain performance indicators including service levels and logistics efficiency.
