• Making fair and independent assessment decisions based on apprenticeship standards and grading criteria.

What will you bring to the role?

• Experience in a Hotel environment at supervisor level, specifically front office, housekeeping, reception, or reservations.
• An Assessors qualification.
• Hands-on experience and passion for FOH Hospitality in a hotel environment.
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Familiarity with MS Office and other IT systems (training on EPAPro will be provided).
