Day rates:

  • Level 2 Retail EPA: £200
  • Level 3 Retail EPA: £225
  • Level 4 Retail EPA: £250

Location and Working Arrangements:

  • Home-based with some travel
  • Induction and training provided remotely
  • Freelance role for 4 months, with potential for extension or permanence
  • Monday to Friday, flexible working days (3-5 days/week)
  • Working hours: 8.30 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 5 pm

Location:

Within 100 miles of North West (Manchester/Liverpool), West Midlands (Birmingham/Coventry), and London (Central or surrounding areas).

Job Role
  • Conducting end point assessment activities for apprenticeship standards in Retail levels 2, 3, or 4
  • Online assessments and meetings with learners, apprentices, and employers
  • Scheduling and planning assessments within the end point window
  • Writing reports and assessments
Essential Requirements
  • Assessor qualified (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33)
  • Retail industry experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager for Levels 2 and 3
  • Retail Store Manager experience for Level 4
  • Own equipment, including laptop and email setup
  • Ideally DBS clearance and on the update service
