Job summary

A leading company is seeking up to seven End Point Assessors for a freelance role in Adult Care. This fully remote position involves carrying out assessments, planning activities with apprentices, and requires specific qualifications in assessment as well as experience in care roles. The flexible schedule allows for work three to five days a week, offering £225 per day.

Qualifications

• Experience with end point assessment for Adult Care levels 2 and 3.
• Past work experience in a care home as a Care Assistant, Team Leader, or Manager.
• Must have own equipment, laptop, and email setup.

Responsibilities

• Carry out end point assessment activities for Adult Care apprenticeships.
• Schedule appointments and plan meetings with apprentices and employers.
• Write up and report assessments.

END POINT ASSESSORS X 7

Freelance role

For Adult Care

£225 per day worked

Home based fully remote – no travel involved

Induction and some training given remotely

This role is until the end of July 2025

Possibility could be extended or become permanent as plenty of work in

Monday to Friday

Seeking someone who can work 3 or 4 or 5 days per week dependent on your availability

8.30 am to 5pm or 9am to 5pm, some flexibility

Can reside anywhere in the UK

Job role

Carrying out end point assessment activities and making decisions for apprenticeship standards for Adult Care levels 2 and 3.

Must end point assessing experience for Adult Care at level 2 or 3

Conducing these online

Carrying out assessments with the learners

The appointments will be scheduled for you

Planning meetings with apprentices and employers online

Agreeing a plan and schedule for each assessment activity for the end point window

Write ups and report assessments

Essential requirements for the role

Must be Assessor qualified – such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33

Must have worked in a care home in the past as a Care Assistant or Team Leader or Manager

Must have own equipment, using own laptop and set up an email address.

Ideally DBS in place and on the update service
