A leading company is seeking an End-Point Assessor for the Retail industry. This freelance role involves conducting assessments and planning to enhance apprenticeship standards across levels 2 to 4. Candidates should possess relevant assessor qualifications and experience in retail management. The position is home-based with required travel, offering flexibility across working days.

Qualifications

• Assessor qualified (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33).
• Experience in Retail industry as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager for Levels 2 and 3.
• Experience as a Retail Store Manager for Level 4.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-point assessment activities and make decisions for apprenticeship standards.
• Carry out assessments online with learners.

Job Details

• Day rate: Level 2 Retail EPA £200, Level 3 Retail £225, Level 4 Retail £250
• Location: Home-based with some travel within 100 miles of North West (Manchester/Liverpool), West Midlands (Birmingham/Coventry), and London areas
• Duration: Freelance for 4 months, with possibility of extension or permanence
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3-5 days per week, 8:30 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 5 pm with some flexibility
• Training: Induction and training provided remotely

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct end-point assessment activities and make decisions for apprenticeship standards (Retail Levels 2, 3, and 4)
• Carry out assessments online with learners
• Schedule appointments and plan assessments online
• Write reports and assessments

Essential Requirements

• Assessor qualified (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33)
• Experience in Retail industry as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager for Levels 2 and 3
• Experience as a Retail Store Manager for Level 4
• Own equipment (laptop, email setup)
• Ideally DBS check and on update service
