Job description

Our team’s extensive industry expertise and local knowledge enable us to help people find, sell, and let their property.

We are seeking to hire a full-time, permanent End of Tenancy Coordinator based at Chapelworth House. The role involves a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The salary range is OTE £25,000 - £29,000 per annum.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed and accurate property checkouts, maintaining high service standards.
  • Oversee and manage checkout and deposit return processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and professionalism.
  • Handle general office administrative tasks, including scheduling checkouts (internal or outsourced), managing end-of-tenancy bookings on portals, and organizing property keys.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
