As an End of Tenancy Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the lifecycle of a tenancy. Sitting within the Property Management department, your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth and efficient process at the end of each tenancy. This is a key liaison role, working closely with lettings, property management, and other internal teams to keep everyone informed.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Identify maintenance, cleaning, or repair works required before re-letting and instruct appropriate contractors.
  3. Liaise with landlords to obtain necessary approvals and provide updates on findings and progress.
  4. Collaborate with the lettings team to ensure vacant properties are promptly re-marketed and move-ins are accurately tracked.
  5. Update internal systems (e.g., CRM/property management software) with status changes, works orders, and key dates.
  6. Monitor the pipeline of move-outs and move-ins, ensuring accurate communication between departments to minimise void periods.
  7. Raise and manage deposit return requests and disputes, working with The Depositary where required.
  8. Support the team in meeting turnaround targets and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
  9. Escalate any high-risk or complex cases to the relevant property manager or head of department.

What are we looking for:

  • Experience in property management or lettings administration.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in reviewing documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK Driving License is required

What we can offer you:

  • Proven track record for career growth and advancement within the company.
  • Market-leading training and ongoing professional development.
  • Access to a diverse portfolio of properties.
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Competitive base salary and additional incentives.
  • Quarterly and yearly awards.
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme.
  • Generous holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service.
  • Excellent parental leave and newly introduced fertility policy.
