Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an encapsulation process environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate and coordinate workload with production schedule and internal customers.
• Maintain spray booth and perform routine equipment checks.
• Seal, prime, encapsulate and assemble units; operate automated encapsulation equipment.
• Train employees and ensure backup coverage for encapsulation tasks.
• Ensure quality procedures, safety and 5S housekeeping in the work area.
