About the role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centered support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements. You may also need to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Shaftesbury is an Independent Living service, providing flexible, client-driven support for people with a wide range of needs and living situations.
Support can be for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, helping people to get the most out of life and their community. The service includes homecare, accessing local activities, community support, and day services for all ages from late teens to elderly.
