About the role

As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will involve providing support and encouragement, following the guidance of both the person supported and their person-centered support plan.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in line with service requirements. The role may also require administering personal care and medication.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.

Shaftesbury is an Independent Living service that offers a flexible, client-driven approach to care, health, and inclusion for people with diverse needs and living situations.

Support can range from a few hours to 24 hours a day, helping individuals engage with life and their local community through homecare, community activities, and day services for all ages from late teens to elderly.
