About the role:
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role is to provide support and encouragement, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centered support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements and may also need to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Shaftesbury West provides person-centered care and support, enabling adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, including dementia, to live as independently as possible. We offer various independent living services, from daytime to 24-hour sleep-in care and support. Shaftesbury West is an independent living service run by Shaftesbury, a disability charity connecting people with their communities.
Shaftesbury Independent Living specializes in flexible, client-driven approaches to care, health, and inclusion for people with diverse needs and living situations.
