Description

As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement, following directions from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.

You will be required to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements. The role may also involve administering personal care and medication.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.

John Grooms Court, Norwich, is a residential home for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. The service offers 25 single-occupancy, self-contained flats, plus two flats for two people.
